Grounded in conformity with the trade legislation, the company is organized and functions pursuant to Act no. 329/2003 regarding the private detective activity, with ulterior modifications and amends, and in conformity with the Enforcement Regulations of this law.

Our agency has the Functioning License no. 403.698 and all the private detectives are being certified by the Ministry of Administration and the Interior – General Inspectorate of the Romanian Police Force.
